We collect information you provide when you create or update an account, including your name, email address, date of birth, city, gender, pronouns, photos, profile details, interests, relationship goals, event preferences, and answers to optional personality or compatibility questions.

We also collect information created through your use of InMixer, such as RSVPs, ticket selections, attendance and check-in records, event groups, connections, Sparks, messages, reports, blocks, uploaded content, and interactions with hosts and other members.

When you purchase a ticket or membership, our payment provider processes your payment information. InMixer receives transaction details such as payment status, amount, and a provider reference, but we do not store full payment card numbers.

We may automatically receive device, browser, IP address, approximate location, log, cookie, referral, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Location-based features only use the information necessary to provide the feature you choose to use.

We use information to:

• Create and secure accounts, verify users, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Provide event discovery, ticketing, check-in, messaging, matching, community, and membership features.
• Personalize event suggestions and compatibility experiences based on the information you choose to provide.
• Send account verification, ticket confirmations, event reminders, safety notices, support messages, and other service communications.
• Process payments, refunds, promotions, memberships, and event capacity.
• Moderate content, investigate reports, enforce our Terms, and protect members, hosts, venues, and the public.
• Analyze performance and improve InMixer’s products, events, and user experience.

Your profile and event participation may be visible to other members according to the feature you use and your privacy settings. Event hosts and authorized co-hosts may receive the attendee and ticket information needed to administer an event, verify admission, communicate event updates, and address safety issues.

We share information with service providers that help us operate InMixer, including hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, fraud prevention, email delivery, maps, customer support, and payment processing providers. These providers may use information only to perform services for us and are subject to their own legal and security obligations.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not sell member personal information or provide it to data brokers.

We send transactional communications when you create an account, verify contact information, RSVP, purchase or receive a ticket, join a waitlist, manage a membership, or use community features. You can manage optional RSVP confirmations, event reminders, connection notifications, and marketing messages from your account settings.

Some essential messages—such as security, verification, purchase, policy, or service notices—may still be sent when necessary to provide the service or comply with law. We do not use purchased, rented, or scraped email lists for unsolicited marketing.

InMixer uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect forms, measure site performance, understand feature usage, and prevent fraud. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling required cookies may prevent parts of InMixer from working.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide InMixer, maintain transaction and event records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the community, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it is needed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use a strong password and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You can review and update many account, profile, visibility, and communication settings directly in InMixer. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, subject to identity verification and exceptions allowed by law.

Privacy rights vary by location. We will honor applicable rights and respond within the time required by law. We may retain limited records when necessary for security, fraud prevention, transactions, disputes, or legal compliance.

InMixer is intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts or intentionally collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided information to InMixer.

We may update this Privacy Policy as InMixer evolves. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material. Continuing to use InMixer after an update takes effect means the updated policy applies to your future use.
