Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use InMixer. By creating an account, signing in with a third-party provider, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use InMixer. Certain events, memberships, promotions, or features may include additional terms shown at the time of purchase or participation.

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and activity. Provide accurate, current information and do not impersonate another person. One person may not maintain multiple deceptive accounts, share an account, or use another member’s ticket without authorization.

Some events offer audience-specific or eligibility-based tickets. You must select tickets that accurately match the eligibility criteria shown and may be asked to verify admission details at check-in.

InMixer helps members discover and participate in social events. Events may be organized by InMixer, independent hosts, co-hosts, venues, or third parties. Event details—including time, venue, capacity, admission requirements, and hosts—may change for operational or safety reasons.

Hosts and venues may enforce reasonable event rules and refuse or remove admission for unsafe, disruptive, deceptive, intoxicated, or unlawful conduct. You are responsible for reviewing event details, arriving safely, following venue rules, and making your own decisions about interactions with other people.

Ticket prices, quantities, audience restrictions, fees, membership discounts, and promotional terms are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize the displayed charge when completing a purchase.

Tickets and promotions are personal, limited, and subject to event capacity. Promo codes may have expiration dates, usage limits, ticket restrictions, minimum quantities, or other conditions. Attempts to evade limits or misuse a code may result in cancellation.

Refund and transfer eligibility depends on the event-specific terms, cancellation circumstances, and applicable law. If InMixer cancels an event without a stated replacement or rescheduled date, we will provide the remedy described in the event notice. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.

Paid memberships may include benefits such as ticket discounts, early access, member pricing, or exclusive features. Benefits can vary by city, event, availability, and plan. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, recurring memberships renew automatically until canceled through your account or the supported billing process.

Canceling stops future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund a completed billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

Treat members, hosts, venue staff, and the public with respect. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, exploit, or harm another person.
• Share private information, intimate content, or conversations without authorization.
• Use InMixer for scams, commercial solicitation, prostitution, trafficking, illegal activity, or unwanted sexual conduct.
• Bring weapons or dangerous items where prohibited, interfere with an event, or encourage violence.
• Scrape data, circumvent safeguards, distribute malware, spam users, or misuse reporting and messaging tools.

Report concerning conduct through available reporting tools or our contact page. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. InMixer is not a substitute for law enforcement or emergency assistance.

You retain ownership of photos, profile information, messages, and other content you submit. You grant InMixer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve InMixer and the features you choose to use.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for your communications and interactions. We may remove content or limit its visibility when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, infringes rights, creates risk, or harms the community.

InMixer creates opportunities for people to meet, but we do not guarantee attendance, compatibility, friendship, romantic interest, a match, a particular event experience, or the identity or conduct of another person. Compatibility scores and recommendations are informational, may be incomplete, and should not replace your own judgment.

We may investigate reports and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, tickets, memberships, content, or access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect safety, prevent fraud, comply with law, respond to payment disputes, or preserve the integrity of InMixer. You may stop using InMixer at any time and request account deletion, subject to records we are legally permitted or required to retain.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InMixer is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that every event, host, venue, member, message, or listing will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InMixer and its operators, affiliates, hosts, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from interactions with other users or attendance at an event. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms as InMixer evolves. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate.
